授業担当者各位

　5月25日の緊急事態宣言解除に伴い、東京都の緊急事態措置による大学休止要請が解除されました。以下のとおり6月1日より入構制限を限定的に解除し、実験実習等の対面授業を実施しますのでよろしくお願いいたします。

1. 対面授業実施一覧について

学内ポータル（kyonet）にて配信済

（含 一部オンライン授業でPC環境のない学生の来校を示す科目）

ご不明な点は教務課までお問い合わせ下さい。

2. 授業出欠について

・対面授業についてはカードリーダーによる出欠管理となります。

・オンライン授業については、６月１日より授業担当者の入力による管理となります。

3. 授業実施上のお願い

・対面授業再開連絡〔各授業担当者から履修学生へ連絡、授業実施場所、留意事項等〕

・感染予防対策を講じた上での授業実施

　（換気、マスク着用、*消毒、*フェイスシールドの着用、密を避ける指導など）

・*フェイスシールドの着用－教員のみ＜*大学で用意＞

　１人１枚配布［授業実施前に教務課にて配布］次亜塩素酸消毒（アルコール消毒不可）の上、各自保管して毎回使用してください。

・*次亜塩素酸水、ペーパータオルについては本館13階給湯室３号館５階給湯室に保管。

　　　必要に応じてお持ち下さい。＜*大学で用意＞

4. 入構について －以下の点にご留意頂きたくお願いします。

・感染予防措置〔毎日の検温・マスク着用・うがい・手洗い・換気・*消毒〕

・本館講師室は6月1日より開室、本館1316の情報演習室の開放は5月末日で終了とします。

・学生の開・閉門は、8:00-19:00となります。

〔入構する対象学生について〕

〇第1段階 ６月１日から2週間程度（完全許可制）

・「対象授業」の履修者（対面授業、情報演習室利用の授業履修者で自宅にPC環境が無い学生）

・図書館利用者・・・卒業期学生、大学院生（事前予約制）

・証明書発行機利用者・・・急務の学生（事前予約制）に限定する

・対面授業を受けた学生が限定した場所で対面授業の前後のオンライン授業を受講。

〇6月3週目以降（以下を第１段階に入構者追加予定）

・次の段階の対面授業の履修者

・自宅に学修環境の無い学生

5. 学生への配慮について

〇学生のインターネット環境不具合に対する配慮について

　オンライン授業を実施するにあたり学生のインターネット環境により、受講不具合が生じた場合は、学生から説明を求めるなど最大限のご配慮をお願いします。

〇遠方へ帰省中の学生への配慮について

　地方に在住（又は帰省中）の学生が、東京都の緊急事態措置解除後に移動をするよう通知していますが、授業の開始に間に合わない場合は、学生の不利益とならないように特段のご配慮をお願いします。

Dear Sir/Madam all lecturer members,

　We highly appreciate your support and cooperation in this situation of emergency. According to the official lift of a State of Emergency, the governor of Tokyo lifted the request of closure of the campus on May 25. Therefor Kyoritsu is going to lift partially the restriction of admission to the campus and resume the operation by interactive-class system for the laboratory research course etc. as below.

1. List of interactive classes ( please refer to the enclosed information): A list for the interactive classes we sent by kyonet

　The List includes those for the students who are not equipped with on-line IT facility. For details please consult Academic division.

2. Attendance of the class:

　Card system is applied. Meanwhile for on-line class from June 1st, the lecturers are responsible to check and record the class attendants on their own.

3. Procedures for class operation:

　You need to inform the students that you resume the operation by interactive class and give information on it. (the venue and some detailed instructions etc.)

　Class should be operated with strict measures to prevent infection as the followings: ( air ventilation, wearing masks, sterilization, wearing *face shield, refraining from the crowded place, confined space and close contact )

　*A face shield is provided for every lecturer to use in each class and is available at Academic division. The shield should be kept disinfected by *sodium hypochlorite for using repeatedly in the class. (please note that Alcohol disinfection is not effective for the shield)

　*Sodium hypochlorite and paper towel are available at Main building 13F kichen space Buil. No 3 5F kichen space

4. Measures to be taken in the campus:

　In order to prevent infection, you need to follow as below.

　(to detect body temperature every day, to wear a mask, to gargle, to wash hands, to have air ventilation, full sterilization)

　Lecturer’s Room in the main building is to be open from June 1st., while Information Seminar room “1316” in the main building is to be closed after May 31.

　Hours/ 8:00 ～ 19:00

< Information for interactive class and those who need to visit the campus for other reasons>

Dates for the first period ; 2weeks from June 1st.

(Access operated by Permission System)

The campus is to be open only for the students who attend interactive classes, including those who are not equipped with IT on-line system. It is also open for those who need books in the library (Fourth-year students, graduate course students.

Please note reservation is necessary.) and those who need to use the certificate issuing machine

urgently. (Reservation is necessary as well.) In addition, those who attend the interactive class can share either current or previous On-line classes in the designated place.

Information regarding the period After the 3rd week in June is to be given shortly. (adding to those of the first period stated above.)

5. Warm treatment for the students in need:

Considering those who are not able to share On-line classes or fail to submit their assignment due to a disconnection of the internet, we need to make full arrangement for them with good care and attention.

In addition, we need to understand the situation for those who are obliged to stay long away from Tokyo and might take longer time to be ready for attending the class.
